Consideration and possible action on the second and final reading of an ordinance creating a 4B Economic Development Corporation in the City of Hutto and approving the Corporation's Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.
RESOLUTIONS: Consideration and possible action on a resolution denying Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC's application to change rates within the City; and that the City's reasonable rate case expenses shall be reimbursed by the company.
