PUBLIC HEARINGS: 8A. Open and conduct the first public hearing regarding the proposed annexation of the Packsaddle Tracts, 169.99 acres, more or less, of land located on the east side of FM 1660 North and adjacent to the northern boundary of the Rivers Crossing Subdivision. (Helen Ramirez)
