Statement of Nature of Emergency: On March 24, 2020 after the date of the agenda posting for the above referenced special council meeting of March 26, 2020 was posted, the Williamson County Judge issued a Stay Home Stay Safe Order. The ordinance to be considered will continue the Mayor's Declaration of Disaster that was extended by the action of the City Council on March 19, 2020 in conjunction with the Williamson County March 24, 2020 Stay Home Stay Safe Order. 15.
