Possible action related to legal advice received from counsel to the City in accordance with Section 551.071 (2) of the Texas Government Code with respect to the request from Preston Hollow Capital for the City Manager to execute a “Securitization Bond” Continuing Disclosure Agreement for the Mustang Creek Public Improvement District. 13.4.
