AND SO AS WE WORK THROUGH RELOCATE OUR FACILITIES, UM, WE'RE REQUESTING AN EASEMENT ON THE EAST QUADRANT OF

UH, THERE, THE MEGA SITE ASSET UNFOLDS, AND OBVIOUSLY IT'S BEEN VERY BUSY OUT THERE AND SO WE EXPECT GROWTH TO COME.

AND SO, UM, THIS, THIS WOULD BE A BENEFIT ESSENTIALLY TO BE ABLE TO DO THOSE IMPROVEMENTS TODAY.

UM, AND THIS WOULD NOT BE AT THE COST OF THE CITY, UM, ENCORES IT'S THIS PAIN THERE'S, THIS IS A SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT JOB.

AND SO WE RECOGNIZE THE GROWTH.

AND SO WE'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE GRID.

SO I'D LIKE TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE THAT ABILITY TO WHERE WE'RE NOT, WHOEVER'S DEVELOPING A PROPERTY AND HAVING TO GO BACK TO ENCORE TO TRY TO GET A DRIVEWAY TO GO UNDERNEATH.

UM, SO I'D LIKE TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE THAT KIND OF CARVED OUT.

UM, SO THE MATERIAL ITSELF, WOULDN'T KIND OF BE ONE FOR ONE DIFFERENT TYPE OF MATERIAL THAT WOULD BE OBVIOUSLY A BIGGER POLES FOR, FOR THIS DEVELOPMENT HERE FOR THIS, UH, FOR THIS PROPOSAL PROPOSAL THAT WE'RE DOING.

UM, BUT AGAIN, I'D BE HAPPY TO GO BACK AND VISIT WITH OUR TRANSMISSION TO SEE IF THERE ARE ANY OPPORTUNITIES THERE.

UM, BUT WE WERE READY TO PRESENT, UM, $2 A SQUARE FOOT FOR THE EASTERN AS WELL.

AND SO THE ACTUAL COST OF THAT EASEMENT DEPENDS ON ULTIMATELY WHAT JONAH'S WATER.

UM, IF THEY ALLOW US TO KIND OF DO AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT ON THEIR EASEMENT, THEN THE FOOTAGE GOES ALL THE WAY SOUTH.

IF THEY DON'T, THEY'D BE ABLE TO ADJUST ACCORDINGLY, BUT THAT $2 A SQUARE FOOT WOULD REMAIN.
