SO RIGHT NOW THE PROPOSAL IS TO HAVE TWO BUILDINGS.

UM, AND ONE OF THEM WILL BE FOR MATERIAL STORAGE AND THE OTHER IS MAINTENANCE OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT.

AND SO THE REASON THAT WE HAVE TO DO THIS SUP IS THAT PROFESSIONAL OFFICES AS A PRIMARY USE ARE CONSIDERED ONLY SUBJECT TO SPECIFIC USE PERMITS BECAUSE WHEN WE WERE DOING LIGHT INDUSTRIAL, WE REALLY WANTED IT TO BE MORE OF THAT EMPLOYMENT BASE.
