AND THAT'S REALLY JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE CLEAR THAT THERE IS NO ADVERSE IMPACT, BECAUSE ADDING A LOT LINE BY STATE LAW, YOU CAN'T ADVERSELY IMPACT YOUR NEIGHBOR.
