SO ESSENTIALLY IF YOU DREW A LINE STRAIGHT FROM ROW LANE EAST, UM, THROUGH OUR PROJECT, IT WOULD CONNECT TO 1 98 AND AND ELIMINATE THE NEED TO GO, YOU KNOW, MAKE THE CIRCLE IN 1 98. THAT, THAT MAY BE WHAT I'M THINKING. CORRECT. YEAH. THAT'S, THAT'S MOST LIKELY WHAT AND NOT THE RAIL LIGHT. EXCUSE ME. AND THEN, UH, AN ADDITIONAL MITIGATION THAT WE HAVE FOR OTHER PROJECTS THAT ARE IN TRAVIS COUNTY THAT AREN'T PART OF THIS HU DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT INCLUDE ADDING SOME LANES THERE. NOW HOW THAT WORKS WITH TRAVIS COUNTY WORKING ON EXPANDING THE ROAD AND WE HAVE TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WHEN WE HIT THOSE. UH, THERE'S KIND OF PERFORMANCE INDICATORS OR GATES YOU MIGHT HIT [00:10:01] IN THESE PHASING AGREEMENTS, UH, WHERE IT, IT TRIGGERS THOSE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS. OKAY. OKAY. AND I SAID THAT'S A NON-STARTER. SO BASICALLY I WAS LOOKING AT IF ROW LANE IS NOT COMPLETED THEN WE'RE GONNA BE DUMPING 980 HOUSES. THAT'S ROUGHLY 1900 CARS TWICE A DAY ONTO THIS PORTION OF ROW LANE AND THIS SURFACE STREET, WHICH IS NOT EVEN A COLLECTOR, IT'S CORRECT. A NEIGHBORHOOD STREET.
